At Bass Northwest, we pride ourselves on the fact that we enjoy working with our customers to make sure that the purchase you are about to make is the right one. We detail and test every item prior to shipping. That way you are assured that your purchase will work correctly when you get it. Not many places do that anymore! We offer a 72 hour trial period on your major purchase after you receive it and the item can be returned for a refund less all shipping charges if you don't want to keep it for any reason (all refunds are processed within 14 days after the return and inspection of the item). Special order items require a 25% to 100% non refundable deposit (depending on the item) and may be returned for store credit only at the discretion of Bass Northwest (subject to a restocking fee). We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover credit cards, as well as Bank Cashier's Checks and Money Orders payable in U.S. dollars. We can do a 30 day layaway on most items with a 25% non refundable deposit. Layaway items can only be returned for store credit at the discretion of Bass Northwest.
