This one is a U.S. handbuilt Landing L1 Custom Shop 4 string Roland Synth Bass model that features a highly resonant Alder body with a Butterscotch high gloss finish. This is the same bass that is featured on the Landing web site "Custom Shop" picture gallery. The 30.5" short scale Maple bolt-on neck has a 21 fret Maple fingerboard with Black dot position markers, Vintage Amber Tint high gloss finish and a sleek fast feel. The pickups are the passive Dark Star "Humbucking" type and a Roland Bass Synth type. The bass also includes a Roland V-Bass floor unit that has 200 presets for a huge variety of sounds. The sound of the Dark Star pickup can be blended with the Roland synth pickup or the pickups can be used separately.
