This one is a handbuilt Sadowsky UV70MB5 Ultra Vintage 5 string model that features a beautiful full sized highly resonant Ash body with a Black high gloss finish. The 34" scale sleek feeling bound Maple bolt-on neck has a Maple fingerboard with Black block inlays. The pickups are the custom wound passive Sadowsky humcancelling "J" type that are placed in the classic 1970's pickup location and they are run through an active Sadowsky 2-band eq. system with an active/passive switch. The bass also has a Sadowsky VTC "Vintage Tone Control" that allows you to get the more traditional vintage tones. This is a true players bass and one that will continue to get better with time.
